Deluxetargets processes personal data under the Swiss Data Protection Act. Where persons from the EU or EEA are concerned, the EU General Data Protection Regulation may also apply.

We process personal data you provide through the website, email, telephone, forms, initial calls or travel planning, including contact data, travel preferences, destinations, timing, budget, companion details and information needed for planning or booking.

4. Purposes of Processing

We use personal data to handle enquiries, provide travel consulting, prepare offers, arrange and book travel services, communicate with service providers, process payments and improve our website and client communication.

5. Legal Bases

We process data where necessary for pre-contractual measures, contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

For travel planning and delivery, data may be shared with hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, DMCs, guides, organisers, transfer providers, visa providers, insurers, payment providers, IT providers and booking systems.

8. Microsoft Teams, Calendar and Appointment Booking

When you book a meeting or join a digital call, data such as name, email address, meeting time, subject and notes may be processed. Microsoft services may be used for calendar and video functions.

When visiting our website, technically necessary data such as IP address, browser, operating system, pages accessed and server logs may be processed for security, stability and operation.
